Sony today announced the VAIO RM HD Video Editing System, which features Blu-ray Disc-enabled high-definition video authoring. It incorporates an Intel Core2 Duo processor, 2GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT graphics and a terabyte of HDD storage.
“The RM system is also equipped with an impressive suite of video applications so you capture, edit and burn HD content to Blu-ray Disc in full 1080 resolution without downgrading video quality or integrity. Sony VAIO RM Video Editing System’s features include Blu-ray Disc enabled- record an outstanding 50GB of video or data on a single disc, Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 software and Windows Vista Business operating system”, the company said.
The VAIO RM HD Video Editing System will retail for about $3,500 and will be available in March.
