BFG announced new NForce 590 SLI motherboard with AM2 socket for AMD Athlon 64 FX, Athlon 64 X2 and Athlon 64 processors, and two x16 PCI Express slots with SLI support.
The BFG NForce 590 SLI features support for 6 hot-swappable SATA drives, 8-channel audio, and “BIOS that allows you to change every clock setting”. It supports Dual Channel DDR2 400/533/667/800 memory.
The BFG nForce 590 SLI motherboard will be available October 2006 in the U.S., Canada and Europe at leading retailers and e-tailers where BFG products are sold.
