HP TouchSmart 620 desktop with a 3D display and webcam has been announced. It comes with a 23-inch, 1080p panel display, a pair of active shutter glasses, TV tuner, a Core i5 CPU, 8GB of RAM, a 1.5TB HDD and an AMD Radeon HD 6650 card with 1GB of video memory.That starting price is $1,900, but HP’s going to apply $300 in instant savings when it goes on sale November 15, so for all intents and purposes it starts at $1,600.

Dell has been introduced the Dell Inspiron One 2320 23″ All-in-One Desktop PC with 2nd generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. Lenovo W520 – ‘Fastest ThinkPad Laptop Yet’
Lenovo has made available the ThinkPad W520 mobile workstation with Intel’s “Sandy Bridge” CPU options, up to the Core i7 Extreme Edition i7-2920XM.
“The fastest ThinkPad laptop yet”, according to the PC maker, comes with the Nvidia Quadro 1000M or 2000M video card, up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM, and optional full HD display.
The base price for the W520 ThinkPad is $1,299.00.
Pure Luxury Desktop Delivers Top Look, Speed for $9.500+
Pure PC has released the Pure Luxury high performance gaming desktop, featuring an innovative DARWINmachine chassis, the Intel Core i7 990x Extreme Edition processor, an ASUS Rampage III series motherboard, up to three NVIDIA GTX 580 or dual AMD Radeon 6970 video cards, and up to 24GB of Kingston HyperX T1 memory.
The air-cooled system has four bays for hard drives and solid state drives and is powered by a Kingston 1200W PSU.
Pure PC’s Pure Luxury starts at $9,500.00.
Asus P6X58-E WS Workstation Motherboard Released
Asus has relased the P6X58-E WS workstation-class desktop motherboard, supporting Intel socket 1366 Core i7 and Xeon processors, as well as Nvidia 3-way Geforce SLI and ATI CrossFireX technology, up to Quad CrossFireX.
The Intel X58 + Nvidia NF200 chipset based mobo has 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x16), 2 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x16 or x8), 2 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x8) and 1 x PCIe x1 slot, six DDR3 memory slots for up to 24GB of RAM, dual Gigabit LAN ports, and USB 3.0 technology.
There’s no word on pricing and availability.
AMD Radeon HD 6990 Video Cards Now Available; Prices Start at $710
The AMD Radeon HD 6990, apparently the most powerful gaming desktop video card in the market today, is now available for purchase in form of the XFX HD699AENF9, Sapphire 100310SR, MSI R6990-4PD4GD5, and HIS H699F4G4M.
The dual-GPU DirectX 11-compatible graphics cards have 3072 stream processors, 4GB of GDDR5 video memory, and a 256-bit memory interface.
The Radeon HD 6990 prices range from $710 to $740 (TigerDirect).
Eurocom Adds Intel Xeon X5690 to Panther Mobile Servers, Workstations
Canadian laptop maker Eurocom has added the Intel Xeon X5690 processor option to the company’s mobile workstation and mobile server systems, called Panther.
Besides the server-class 3.46GHz Xeon 5690 six-core LGA 1366 CPU and other Xeon and Core i7 processor choices, the 17-inch laptops include top-of-the line Nvidia Quadro, Nvidia GeForce, and ATI Radeon dedicated vdieo cards, up to 24GB of DDR3 memory, and up to 4 hard drives.
The machines start at more than $2,500 US dollars.
AMD Bulldozer FX Series Desktop CPUs Coming in June
AMD’s high-end FX series “Bulldozer” processors are scheduled for launch in the second half of June 2011, X-Bit Labs reports.
According to the report, the chip maker is going to release this year (in Q2 and later) the eight-core AMD FX8000, six-core AMD FX6000, and quad-core AMD FX4000, all designed for use in desktops.
CyberPower “Sandy Bridge” Desktops with “Cougar Point” B3 Chipset Announced
CyberPower has announced that their Intel “Sandy Bridge”-based desktops are now available with the updated Intel Cougar Point B3 chipset, replacing the older version that has a storage controller flaw.
CyberPower’s desktop offering includes high-performance systems for gaming and multimedia editing, such as the Gamer Xtreme, Gamer Infinity, Fang EVO, and Mega series. The PCs can be configured with Intel Core i3, i5, and i7 “Sandy Bridge” processors, up to the Core i7-2600K, and with various dedicated AMD/ATI and Nvidia video card options.
ThinkCentre M91p – “Lenovo’s Fastest ThinkCentre Desktop Yet”
Lenovo has announced the ThinkCentre M91p, the “fastest ThinkCentre desktop yet”.
Available in tower, small form factor and eco small form factor versions, the M91p is based on the Second Generation Intel Core i-Series processors – the i5 and i7 – and supports up to 16GB of DDR3 memory via four DIMM slots.
Gigabyte GA-X58A-OC Motherboard Introduced
Gigabyte has officially introduced the GIGABYTE GA-X58A-OC motherboard. Based on the Intel X58 chipset (Tylersburg) and supporting LGA 1366 socket CPUs such as Intel’s new top of the range Core i7 990X Extreme Edition CPU, the GIGABYTE X58A-OC includes triple channel DDR3 memory support, 6 core 12 thread CPU support, and enough PCIe Gen 2.0 bandwidth to support 4-way CrossFireX and 3-way SLI.

Asus has released the ASUS G74SX 3D 17.3-inch gaming laptop at CeBIT 2011. MacBook Pro 2011 Lineup Released
Apple has released the MacBook Pro 2011 laptop lineup, including the new 13″, 15″, and 17″ models. The new MacBook Pros feature the 2nd Generation Intel Core “Sandy Bridge” processors, new graphics choices, new Thunderbolt 10Gbps peripheral connection technology, and the old aluminum unibody enclosures.

HP Unveils Business Notebooks
HP has unveiled the EliteBook 8460p, EliteBook 8560p, HP ProBook 6360b, 6460b, 6560b, and HP ProBook s-series 4230s, 4330s, 4430s, 4530s and 4730s notebook PCs. All laptops are with 2nd Generation Intel Core “Sandy Bridge” processors, and expected to be available in the United States on March 15.
