Abit Fatal1ty Professional FP-IN9 SLI Introduced

Abit Fatal1ty Professional FP-IN9 SLIAbit today announced the Fatal1ty Professional FP-IN9 SLI gaming motherboard, based on the NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI chipset with Intel quad-core processor support, dual graphics technology and “factory overclocked system bus”.

Abit Fatal1ty Professional FP-IN9 SLI ATX form factor mainboard supports LGA775 Intel Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Extreme, Pentium Dual-Core, Pentium Extreme Edition, Pentium D and Pentium 4 Processors with 1066/800MHz FSB. It has four 240-pin DIMM sockets, supporting Dual channel DDR2 800/667/533 Un-buffered Non-ECC memory, for a maximum memory of 32GB.

The motherboard provides two PCI Express X16, two PCI Express X1, and two PCI slots. The graphics cards in SLI will run at x8, x8 PCIe mode.

The Fatal1ty Professional FP-IN9 SLI is equipped with native Gigabit Ethernet, reinforced by the innovative FirstPacket Technology from NVIDIA, which allows you to connect directly to high speed Internet and Local Area Networks, while actively reducing latencies in online play, Abit announced.

Abit’s new gaming motherboard has four SATA 3Gb/s connectors, as same as two ATA 133/100/66/33 IDE connectors.

The company says the “mainboard’s Solid State Capacitors in the CPU and PWM areas significantly reduce heat and offer the most stable voltage regulation, thereby increasing performance while extending product life even under the most stressful conditions”.
